These products are available as greases, oils, pastes or dry coatings and are state-of-the-art solutions in the field of lubrication for long life, friction and wear reduction.
To accomplish this IKV uses a wide range of materials suitable for their tribological properties as well as for their compatibility or inertness with other materials. The result is a range of products containing approximately 500 formulations, which are capable of solving most all tribological problems encountered.
IKV realises the products must also meet application requirements and has, therefore, adapted its packaging to meet these requirements. IKV is part of a group, which has been in existence for nearly 100 years, a staff of 250 dedicated employees and a fully equipped in house laboratory with the latest equipment and a large production facility.
Although IKV Group already has a large range of proven products it prides itself on its ability to develop new products to meet the growing demands for excellence in industry.

Extrusion Presses and Reduction Machines
IKV-GLISS 160
An oil with specific qualities to avoid wear in the case of slow displacement speeds, such as on slides. This product is free of viscous additives and metallic salts, which could form a foamy soap in the presence of moisture and progressively clog filters.
Temperature range: -10-140
Accumulator Lines
IKV-CAMIN 32 M
This oil is appropriate for the lubrication of these pin chains that are subject to micro shocks from jerky movement. It prevents tribocorrosion (fretting), resulting from the micro shocks.
Temperature range: -15-140
IKV-FLUOR 32
In addition to the advantages described above, this oil is characterized by its ability not to mix with the surrounding products during thermal decomposition. It thus provides the capacity to maintain the lines clean over long periods of time and to lengthen the lubrication cycles.
Temperature range: -40-150
Washer Lines
IKV-CAMIN 150 WR
An adhesive and hydrophobic oil that provides optimal chain lubrication of these lines subjected to water washout.
Temperature range: -10-150
IKV-CHAIN 220 XP
An oil specially developed to ensure the lubrication of chain lines subjected to washout by detergents.
Temperature range: -35-180
Annealing Lines
IKV-GRAFOL HT Fluid
An oily fluid containing solid lubricants, which permits the penetration of the solids into the friction points of the chain by capillary action.
Temperature range: -10-150
IKV-GRAFOL HTG V4
A Semi-colloidal suspension in a soluble oil and water for relubrication of very hot chains.
Temperature range: 0-1000
Inside Liner Chains
IKV-RAMCA 320 N
An oil with a high thermal stability, which does not form carbon residues. It durably maintains the chains in an excellent state of cleanliness.
Temperature range: -20-280
Decoration Line Chains
IKV-FLUOR 450
An oil with extremely high thermal stability, which allows very long lubrication cycles - up to 1 year depending on temperatures. This oil is residue free and will not mix with production paints and solvents, keeping the chains clean.

Oven Bearings
IKV-FLUOR MPA 2 H
A High-quality lubricant, thermally stable, which allows periods of 4 years between lubrication intervals.
Temperature range: -30-300
IKV-PLEX H-2/S
A long-lasting lubricant, which does not produce carbon residues that are harmful to the regeneration of the lubricant film.
Temperature range: -20-180
Gear Boxes, Angle Drives and Indexers
IKV-SINCART 220 & IKV®-SINCART 460
These very long-lasting gear box oils have excellent resistance to high pressure and significantly decrease the friction factor, particularly in the presence of slippage and low linear speeds.
Temperature range: -30-180
IKV-SINCART M-00
A very long-lasting lubricant recommended for hard to reach spur or worm gears.
Temperature range: -40-150
