Lithium Complex Greases

Lithium Complex Grease is a mineral oil based lithium complex soap thickened grease, containing performance additives.

The additives provide extreme pressure (EP), oxidation, rust and corrosion protection, ensuring effective lubrication is achieved even under the most severe conditions.

It has excellent sealing properties which help protect bearings against corrosive atmospheres and the ingress of water, dust and abrasive particles.

This grease out performs conventional lithium greases at high temperatures, they have a higher drop point and temperature capabilities and are ideal for heavily loaded bearings operating at high temperatures.

IKV GAN 85

IKV-PLEX SEL-2/S is for use on bearings used under a wide range of temperatures at mid to high speeds.

IKV-PLEX SL-2/S

IKV PLEX 778 TF has a PTFE filling to improve its shock absorbance and water resistance.

IKV PLEX TL-2/S is for use on bearings operating at low temperatures and at mid rotational speeds.

IKV BESSIL L-2 is a Phenylmethyl silicone base for use on precision bearings or low loaded ball bearings exposed to high temperatures.

GA PLEX-1 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >240°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX-2 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >245°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX-3 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >250°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX-H-1/2 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >240°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX-1/2 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >240°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX-2 GREEN/100 is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >260°C and working temperature range of -30 to 160°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

GA PLEX- 2/3 AZUL is a is a lithium complex grease, mineral oil based with high lubrication capacity and good water resistance. It has a drop point of >280°C and working temperature range of -30 to 150°C. It is suitable for high temperatures, heavy loads or high speeds.

G BESLUX PLEX H-2 is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 240°C and working temperature range of -10 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX H-2/G is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base & graphite. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 260°C and working temperature range of -10 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX EH-2 is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 240°C and working temperature range of -15 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX EH-1/G is an NLGI grade 1 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base & graphite. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 240°C and working temperature range of -15 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX EH-2/G is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base & graphite. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 240°C and working temperature range of -15 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX H-2/S is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with synthetic oil base. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 250°C and working temperature range of -30 to 180°C.

G BESLUX PLEX L-2/S is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with synthetic oil base. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 240°C and working temperature range of -55 to 150°C.

G BESLUX PLEX H-2 KT is an NLGI grade 2 lithium complex grease with mineral oil base. It offers high mechanical & thermal stability. It is ideal for use on loaded bearings working at high temperatures. It has a drop point of 220°C and working temperature range of -20 to 150°C.
