Aluminium Complex Grease

The IKV complex aluminium soaps benefit from a drop point above 240°C.

These complex aluminium soap thickened greases have very good water resistance and load resistance. Our range include products with mineral, semi synthetic & fully synthetic base oils.

Our aluminium complex soap thickened greases are used for bearings for can fillers and canning factories. We also have complex aluminium soap thickened greases which offer good pumpability and are suitable for large centralised greasing systems within the steel industry.

We also have higher viscosity tacky products plus NSF H1 food approved greases.

BESLUX CAPLEX M-0 ATOX for use on bearings for can fillers and canning factories.

BESLUX ATOX H-2/3 is a PAO with NSF H1 food approval.

IKV ATOX M-1/S is a PAO for use in applications in the presence of water and under high loads with long operating periods.

IKV APLEX H-2 for use on bearings, lathes and presses.

GA ALPLEX H-1 has a mineral oil base, drop point of 240°C & working temperature capacity of -15 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc).

GA ALPLEX H-2 has a mineral oil base, drop point of 250°C & working temperature capacity of -15 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc).

GA ALPLEX H-0/1/G has a mineral oil base, graphite solids, a drop point of 250°C & working temperature capacity of -15 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc).

GA ALPLEX H-1/2/G has a mineral oil base, graphite solids, a drop point of 250°C & working temperature capacity of -15 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc).

GA XAZ 1/2 has a semi-synthetic oil base, drop point of 250°C & working temperature capacity of -10 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc). Colour: blue.

GA XAZ 2 has a semi-synthetic oil base, drop point of 250°C & working temperature capacity of -10 to 160°C. It also has good pumpability and is suitable for large centralised greasing systems (steel industry etc). Colour: blue.

G BESLUX ALCO M-000 is an NLGI grade 000 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease with high pumpability and outstanding temperature capacity. It is extra fluid for baths (gear box) and closed circuits. The working temperature range is -40 to 100°C.

G BESLUX ALCO M-00 is an NLGI grade 00 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease with high pumpability and outstanding temperature capacity. It is extra fluid for baths (gear box) and closed circuits. The working temperature range is -20 to 150°C.

G BESLUX ALCO M-1 is a high viscosity, extra tacky NLGI grade 1 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease. The drop point is 230°C & working temperature range is -20 to 150°C.

G BESLUX ALCO H-2/MF is a metallic blue high viscosity, extra tacky NLGI grade 2 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease. The drop point is 250°C & working temperature range is -10 to 160°C.

G BESLUX ALCO EH-1/MF is a dark blue high viscosity, extra tacky NLGI grade 1 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease. The drop point is 240°C & working temperature range is -10 to 160°C (180).

G BESLUX ALCO EH-2/MF is a dark blue high viscosity, extra tacky NLGI grade 1 aluminium complex, mineral oil based grease. The drop point is 250°C & working temperature range is -10 to 160°C (180).
