Our IKV BRUSIL AX & BESLUX BRUSIL Spray is ideal for demoulding all types of plastics and rubbers. It can also be used as a welding anti-adherant.

BESLUX BRUSIL SPRAY & IK BRUSIL AX consists of a specially selected silicone oil in an aerosol spray can, for ease of application and handling.
BRUSIL AX has the following properties:
- A very fine spray, giving perfect control of its application
- A good coverage of even the most complex moulds or surfaces
- Excellent penetration
- Compatibility with most plastics, rubbers and foams
- Good anti-adherent and anti-friction proprieties
BRUSIL AX is widely used in the following industries: Textile, Paper, Foam, Plastics and Rubber.
BRUSIL AX is ideally suited:
- As a mould release agent for plastic, rubber, and polyurethane foam
- To eliminate beading on welded parts
- As an assembly aid for fabric onto foam
- To reduce friction and to aid sliding
The aerosol spray nozzle allows the application of a thin film accurately onto the required substrate:
- Always shake well before use
- Spray at a distance of approximately 30 cm from the surface
- Hold the aerosol as near to the vertical position as possible
- Do not spray onto a naked flame
Pack size: 500ml aerosol spray.
Temperature range: -50 to 200°C.
