Anti-squeak Fluids
IKV-FLUOR 32 C SPRAY is a colourless and odourless perfluoropolyether (PFPE) type oil in aerosol form, which is totally chemically inert and resistant to all common solvents. It does not migrate, and is not sensitive to ultraviolet rays. Even when this product is applied in an ultra-thin durable film, it substantially reduces friction, noise and wear. It is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, plastics and metals.
IKV-FLUOR 32 C SPRAY is ideal for the lubrication of all plastic, elastomers, leather and natural rubber due to its complete compatibility with them, excellent durability and an ultra low coefficient of friction.IKV-FLUOR 70 SPRAY is a non-flammable, colourless and odourless perfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid formulated into aerosol form for ease of application. The product was developed for use as a lubricating anti-friction coating on a wide range of substrates including plastics, elastomers and leather. The product is totally compatible with all commonly used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals, providing a durable, low friction film and eliminating unwanted noise and friction. This totally colourless lubricant leaves a long lasting lubricating film, which does not stain the substrate.
IKV-FLUOR 70 SPRAY is suited to all types of industry where a high technology lubricant or coating is required. It is extensively used as an ‘anti-squeak’ coating on interior trim, weather-strips & sealing systems within the Automotive industry. It is also suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, chains and joints subjected to high temperatures, water and solvents.
IKV-FLUOR 70 SPRAY can be applied to o-rings and seals to enhance their operation and to other fittings where lowered friction is the aim.
IKV FLUOR 70 SPRAY is perfectly suited to the lubrication of ejector pins on plastic injection moulds as well as for the lubrication of press columns during cutting-out or stamping operations. It is chemically inert and can be used in the presence of liquid and gaseous oxygen and other reactive chemicals. IKV Fluor 70 also has BAM oxygen approval. It can also be used for the lubrication of electrical contacts and connectors.

IKV-FLUOR MPA 2H SPRAY is manufactured from a non-flammable white grease developed from a special fluorinated oil (PFPE), tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) telomers and an anticorrosion additive. It provides an extraordinary combination of properties which include:

- Excellent high temperature stability
- Excellent lubrication properties
- Compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers
- Radiation resistance
- Exceptional chemical inertness and resistance to chemical degradation
IKV-FLUOR MPA 2H SPRAY is also ideally suited to the lubrication of electrical switches or as a dielectric agent.

IKV-FLUOR 141 SPRAY is manufactured from a fully synthetic fluorinated PFPE oil, that is colourless and odourless for use in applications where a wide operating temperature range, non-flammability, and compatibility with other materials is required.
Because IKV-FLUOR 141 SPRAY is essentially inert, it is safe to use with all metals, plastics, leather and seal materials. It is ideal for applications on automotive interior trim and sealing systems where long life and excellent lubricity (a low coefficient of friction) are required. The product offers excellent ‘anti-squeak’performance, compatibility with substrates and durability in use.
IKV-FLUOR 141 SPRAY is also recommended for the lubrication of chains, bearings, and universal joints that are in presence of high temperatures. It is equally suitable for the lubrication of any mechanisms under the influence of aggressive or corrosive environments.

The product is totally chemically & biologically inert and when applied to a substrate leaves a thin, almost undetectable film of a low friction, durable liquid fluoropolymer fluid. It is also compatible with all widely used elastomers, seals, gaskets, plastics and metals.
IKV-FLUOR 32 SPRAY is suitable for the lubrication of all bearings, chains and joints subjected to a wide range of temperatures.
IKV FLUOR 32 SPRAY is also widely used as an interface coating to eliminate squeaks on interior trim, seals and other parts of automotive vehicles. It is also suited to the lubrication of all mechanisms subjected to aggressive or corrosive conditions. It is also adapted to the lubrication of all plastic and rubber items due to its perfect compatibility with them.
